Poles added no notable free agents unless you count Justin Jones, but did potentially land three long-term pieces in the draft with Kyler Gordon, Jaquan Brisker and Braxton Jones. The first offseason was mostly a teardown. Ryan Poles has done an excellent job flipping the Chicago Bears roster in just two offseasons.
